I’m a Postpartum chef certified in Perinatal Nutrition. I'm also a certified Postpartum Doula. I have a passion for cooking and sharing meals with my clients that are both nutritious and tasty! I believe in the importance of nourishment in the 4th trimester! 

The 12 weeks after your baby’s arrival is a crucial period for supporting your recovery and vitality. My goal is to nourish the birthing parent and relieve the burden of meal planning and preparation during this transformative time.

I work collaboratively with my clients to plan for meals they enjoy, while focusing on nourishing foods that will support physical and mental well-being. I focus on specific nutrients that meet the unique needs, and preferences, of each client.
